TIBER Lead

As a TIBER Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing TIBER (Threat Intelligence-Based Ethical Red Teaming) projects at our clients. This program, designed by the European Central Bank (ECB), tests the cyber resilience of financial institutions, but is now also the basis for TIBER-Rich for testing government organizations in the Netherlands. In this role, you will lead a team of cyber security specialists and work closely with various stakeholders (both at our customers and within our organization) to test the security of leading organizations, critical systems through realistic attacks, based on current threat information. In addition, you will be the colleague who then wants to help our client to solve and secure the vulnerabilities found as well as possible within the organization.

What will you perform in this role:

Lead and coordinate (TIBER) Red Teaming projects formed by our threat intelligence analysts, ethical hackers, social engineers and security specialists.
Develop, implement and manage TIBER tests and simulations to evaluate the resilience of critical infrastructures.
Collaborate with financial institutions, government organization, hospitals and regulators to conduct TIBER tests effectively and compliantly.
Oversee compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure an ethical and secure testing process.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments in threat intelligence, attack techniques and security solutions.
Prepare and present detailed reports with findings, risk analyses and recommendations for improvements.
Guide our clients in following up appropriately.

Who are you?

You have a background in cybersecurity, with specific experience in red teaming.
You have experience with TIBER programs.
You have excellent communication skills.
You have project management experience and can coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously.
You are strategically minded and have an eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture.
You are able to work under pressure and are flexible to respond quickly to changing circumstances.
