Senior Offensive Security Specialist

We are looking for Offensive Security Specialists with expertise in adversary simulation, red teaming, advanced exploitation and hands-on offensive techniques in both IT, OT and cloud environments, among others. We perform diverse assignments: from stealthy red team campaigns to threat-informed attack chains, from exploit research to hands-on workshops. And we haven't even mentioned the unique special projects projects where you work on serious security issues in unusual locations and complex environments.

Whether you like to be versatile or want to delve into an offensive specialism: with us you will find the technical challenges that energize you. You are the technical expert and strategic advisor who helps organizations understand how an attacker really thinks and acts.

As an Offensive Security Specialist:

  • Perform advanced offensive investigations on systems, networks, cloud environments and applications.
  • Take the lead towards customers, helping increase their security maturity through offensive insights and concrete improvement measures.
  • Translate your offensive findings into understandable risks, recommendations and strategic improvement opportunities.
  • Design specialized attack scenarios and complex approaches to include red teaming, adversary emulation and advanced technical assessments.
  • You actively participate in R&D, for example by developing tooling, scripts, TTPs or new offensive frameworks.
  • You contribute to knowledge sharing through presentations, trainings, workshops and participation in conferences.
  • Coach and mentor junior and medior offensive security colleagues to strengthen their technical skillset.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have extensive experience in performing pen testing within various domains;
  • You know how to write a report for a customer;
  • You have various certifications e.g. OSCP, OSEP, OSWE;
  • You take pride in the CVEs that are to your credit;
  • You can communicate well, both with colleagues and clients;
  • You have a good knowledge of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
