Penetration Tester

Do you get excited about the OWASP top-10, raspberry-Pi's, red teaming with binary exploitation and CTFs? Do you see hacking as solving complex puzzles to get into something? Do you want to develop your hacker skills by taking on varied projects with different colleagues?

As a Penetration Tester at Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity, no day is the same. For the diverse projects and different customers, your "hacker" mindset and creativity will come in handy. Because of our unusual and special projects, you will come across unique places and challenging situations to hack. Because of our four-eye principle, you almost always work together with a colleague and your learning curve is very steep. You will be widely deployed for projects such as internal pen tests, phishing attacks, mobile assessments, black-box application investigations and crystal-box infrastructure investigations.

What will you perform?

• You will perform projects such as internal pen tests, phishing attacks, mobile assessments, black-box application investigations and crystal-box infrastructure investigations.
• Writing reports on the performed projects.
• You communicate with customers about the executed projects and their results.
• Actively participate in R&D projects and knowledge groups.
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing through training sessions, conference participation and networking events.

Who are you?

• You have at least a completed HBO or WO education.
• You are a "hacker by heart".
• You have a drive to continuously develop yourself by obtaining certifications (eWPT, OSCP, OSEP, OSWE etc.) but also to acquire new skills and learn new techniques.
• Preferably you have experience with programming, social engineering, hardware hacking or forensics.
• You have strong communication skills both oral and written in Dutch and English.
