Manager Awareness, Behavior, Crisis and DFIR.

For the Awareness, Behavior, Crisis, Digital Forensics & Incident Response Service Line, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help this team continue to grow. As Manager Awareness, Behavior, Crisis and DFIR you will have a strong commercial focus. You will be ultimately responsible for strategy, day-to-day operations and delivering high quality services. This means you will focus primarily on the commercial leadership and development of the team.

The Service Line Awareness, Behavior, Crisis, Digital Forensics & Incident Response is a team of 18 colleagues focusing on the following segments:

  • Public Sector (central government, ZBOs, local government, healthcare and education);
  • Defense and security (defense, justice, police, services and related parties);
  • Financial sector (banks, pensions, insurance, fintech, accounting);
  • Technology sector (digital service providers, retail, ICT, media, etc).

In this role:

  • You will be responsible for a team of 18 professionals (behavioral psychologists, e-learning consultants, incident responders and inside sales).
  • You provide leadership through strategy setting, operational direction, coaching, career development and specialization of team members.
  • Are you responsible for the P&L (Profit & Loss) of the group.
  • You are responsible for the commercial strategy and results.
  • Recruit new colleagues and grow and develop the team.
  • Determine strategies to further expand the customer base and service offering within your team.
