IT Auditor

We are looking for an IT Auditor to expand our team in Eindhoven or Amsterdam.

As an IT Auditor at Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity you will perform audits and risk analyses and provide advice and assistance with the implementation of security standards. You will work with a diverse portfolio of (international) customers since we are part of Bureau Veritas. As IT Auditor you play an important role with focus on organization, process and people, combined with the technical depth of the projects we deliver to our clients.

What will you perform:

Manage and execute information security and compliance audits in sub areas such as cloud security, software quality, cybersecurity and privacy regulations;
Managing a team of other IT Auditors and supervising complex audit projects;
Ensuring the required quality of execution of assurance assignments;
Performing and documenting audits according to required audit standards;
Running efficiently, in cooperation with the client, the audit process in accordance with the agreements;
Collaborate with other Cybersecurity specialists in the execution of your audits to achieve the intended quality of investigations;
Contribute to the further development of our own services, as well as tooling, internal process improvement, templates and the use of (new) standards.

You have:

A completed postmaster RE;
Demonstrated experience with more complex IT audits;
Experience performing risk assessments and reviewing information security risk management processes.

As an IT Auditor, you have experience presenting reports and investigation results to client management. You have knowledge of the important frameworks and standards frameworks in the field of risk management and information security from NIST, CSA, ISACA, PCI, etc. and you know how to use them when reviewing security measures implemented at clients.

You preferably possess or are willing to obtain certifications such as: ISO 27001, CISA (ISACA), CISSP (ISC), CCSP (ISC), CISM (ISACA).
