Interim HR Officer - Payroll, Benefits & HR Administration.
Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity is immediately seeking an interim HR Officer with strong expertise in payroll, HR administration and benefits. You will work closely with the two other HR Officers. You have joint and divided ownership of the daily HR operation. Together you form a close, well-cooperating team that ensures accurate, timely and professional HR services.
In addition to the regular work, there is a clear project for this assignment: the transition of the entire leave registration from Exact to Loket. You will play an important role in this in preparation, implementation, testing and documentation.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an interim professional with demonstrable experience in payroll preparation, HR administration and benefits management. You have up-to-date knowledge of payroll-related laws and regulations and have previously worked with complex payroll processing in organizations of similar size or complexity. You have extensive experience with HR systems, digital file management and Excel functionalities such as VLOOKUP, bulk uploads and data checks.
You work accurately, follow procedures carefully and are able to prioritize independently within a dynamic HR environment. You have hands-on experience with keeping HRIS data, personnel files and administrative processes up to date. In addition, you can interact effectively with payroll providers and act as the first point of contact for administrative HR questions.
Finally, we are looking for someone who can contribute directly to ongoing HR projects, including the transition of leave management to HRIS and other process optimizations.
Knowledge and Experience.
- Demonstrated experience with complex payroll processing
- Current knowledge of laws and regulations regarding salary, benefits and travel expenses
- General HR knowledge and familiar with Dutch labor law
- Experience with HR systems such as Loket or Exact is a plus
- Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP)
- Accurate, structured and able to keep an overview
- Communicative skills in both English and Dutch
Rates and availability
We are looking for an interim professional who can start as soon as possible for 32-40 hours per week, for the duration of minimum 4 months (possibility for extension).
The hourly rate is up to €70 per hour (excluding VAT) all-in, depending on experience and level of independence.
