Information Security Officer for secondment services

We are looking for an ISO who wants to use his or her expertise on long-term projects (+/- 6 months to 2 years) with various clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cybersecurity issues in different industries, where your job is to optimize our clients' information security.

As an ISO at Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity:

Some examples of possible assignments as an ISO are:

For a financial institution there is an assignment where you draft compliance guidelines and take measures based on security incidents and signals. You will also report to the CISO about security incidents and the effectiveness of measures taken;
An educational institution is looking for an ISO who can help implement its established cybersecurity policy and ensure quality;
Within a municipality you are responsible for implementing the BIO and carrying out the ENSIA. In addition, the municipality requests support for the NIS2 legislation, whereby you help the organization become and remain demonstrably NIS2 compliant. You also create awareness among employees by providing training and workshops.

As our ISO you have:

One of the following or similar certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC or CISSP;
Demonstrated experience in the role of ISO;
At least a completed college education;
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience applying various frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, DORA or BIO.

You have the following soft skills:

You are a team player and get your energy from sharing knowledge both internally and externally;
You are communicatively strong in both Dutch and English;
You have commercial skills and see new opportunities for Secura at your client through a proactive mindset;
You have strong analytical skills and working under time pressure is not a problem for you.
