Internship: GRC tool implementation

Project Overview

Goal: Implement and migrate a new Quality Management System Tool

Location: Amsterdam

Timeframe: To be determined

Team: Our (internal) QSHSE department

Supervisors: Wim Boonstra & Caroline Russell

Student Attributes:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Science, Auditing, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
  • Technical skills: Good understanding of Security Management standards (like ISO 27001 / NIST CSF)
  • Experience with AI is preferred

Soft skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical skills

Project Description:

  • Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity Netherlands has a QSMS covering a.o. our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 management systems. Currently that is done with internal tooling.
  • Soon we will select a professional GRC tool through which we want to manage all this: risk management, controls, collecting evidence (with support from AI), managing incidents and findings, supporting the internal and external auditing process.
  • Think about tools like Vanta, Drata, Auditboard, LogicGate
  • We do like to ask you to transition our current QSMS into the new tool, or at least part of that and to help us implement the new tool into our organization (incl roles & responsibilities)
  • This includes writing a project plan for implementation, supporting configuration of the selected tool, moving documentation from the old QSMS to the new system, supporting design of the new system, and so on.
