Branding & Communication Manager

Are you ready to shape the global voice of Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity? We’re looking for a Branding & Communication Manager to lead our efforts in building a unified brand identity, driving impactful storytelling, and strengthening internal communications across regions.

This is a strategic and creative role where you’ll harmonize our global brand guidelines, support regional teams, and ensure Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity is represented consistently and powerfully worldwide. You’ll be the connector between Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity and Bureau Veritas Group, ensuring our cybersecurity solutions resonate with clients, partners, and employees.

What You’ll Do

Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity External Brand Development and Management:

  • Define Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity branding strategy and guidelines with focus on key messages, value proposition and market positioning.
  • Oversee the development and integration of marketing collateral, branding materials, and digital assets to support brand-building efforts across Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity regions
  • Monitor brand performance, track key brand metrics, and conduct regular brand audits to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging across the following stakeholders:
    • Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity regions – including new acquisitions
    • Local Bureau Veritas countries
    • Global Business Lines
    • Corporate Communications
  • Act as a brand ambassador with Bureau Veritas group for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the brand resonates with clients, partners, and employees worldwide.
  • Coordinate global event calendar and collaboration between Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity regions including conferences, webinars, thought leadership campaigns, media engagement, and awards submissions, to increase visibility, influence, and market positioning.
  • Lead global storytelling initiatives, crafting narratives that communicate the value, expertise, and impact of Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity across multiple regions and audiences.
  • Provide guidance and support to Bureau Veritas non-cyber regional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity Internal Communications:

  • In collaboration with the Cyber Digital Marketing Manager, define and execute a Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity internal communications strategy. Examples include global one BV Cyber newsletter, Sharepoint and Townhalls, internal webinars and trainings
  • Collaborate with Bureau Veritas non-cyber regional teams to localize marketing strategies, content, and messaging to resonate with target audiences in different regions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure brand messaging is integrated into go-to-market strategies, proposals, and client-facing activities.
  • Build alignment between cybersecurity brand initiatives and overall, Bureau Veritas brand architecture and corporate strategy.

Culture Building:

  • Develop international communications initiatives that empower employees to champion the brand, strengthen engagement, and build a unified culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate brand values into onboarding, internal events, and recognition programs.
  • Build and manage a network of employee advocates to amplify key messages and success stories internally and externally. Either through hootsuite or Linkedin or alternative programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM, or Organizational Psychology.
  • Experience: 3+ years in branding, communications, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Cybersecurity frameworks (basic), strategic management, corporate branding.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent English communication (written & oral)
    • Strong management and negotiation abilities
    • Strategic advisory skills
    • Crisis and stress management
  • Personal traits: Organized, detail-oriented, empathetic, problem-solver.
