Do you have an affinity for tenders and would you enjoy using your commercial and textual creativity to be the driving force behind our tenders? Do you have experience with writing text, are you used to coordinating projects, interacting with different parties and do you get energy from working on large tenders and mini-competitions? As Bid Manager you are the driving force behind the tenders and mini-competitions. Working from our office in Amsterdam or Eindhoven, you monitor the tender process including the commercial framework and together with the sales team you determine the decisive strategy. For this you work in a team with various colleagues of different departments. You translate detailed information from our consultants into customer-oriented content according to the award criteria. You have strong content and are not afraid to make a good textual contribution. Furthermore, you get a lot of freedom in the process and your input is welcome.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Monitoring tenders and mini-competitions;
- Project management of tenders;
- Preparation of tenders;
- Organizing and leading brainstorming sessions;
- Coming up with structure for quality pieces;
- Writing and reviewing texts;
- Evaluating the bid process;
- Transferring tenders;
- Updating tender administration.
You are a Bid Manager with:
- Experience with writing, coordination and review work;
- Familiarity with tender portals;
- Hands-on experience with (government) procurement;
- Managed and set up mini competitions;
- Performed bid management: monitoring commercial frameworks, influencing and qualifying, bid planning and tender strategy;
- Analyzed customer requests, performed stakeholder analyses and involved internal stakeholders in the process.
